One master scheduler spots double-booked teams across every competition.

Live Match Centre

A mobile-first ribbon of fixtures, results and tables — public when you want.

Why Organisers Switch

Running a league shouldn't mean chasing scores and untangling clashing dates

Chasing Results

Scores arrive late by text and email, then get re-typed into a spreadsheet.

Clashing Fixtures

A team's cup tie lands on the same day as their league game — and nobody notices until it's too late.

Volunteers Won't Sign Up

Team managers won't create yet another account just to report a result.

Your Sport, Your Rules

One platform. Thirteen sports. The right defaults for each.

Pick a sport when you create a competition and LeagueHub365 sets the team formats, match timings and table points to match — goals, points, sets, rubbers or runs. Everything stays adjustable per competition.

How It Works

From competition setup to final table

1. Create the Competition

A step-by-step wizard for leagues, cups, tournaments and friendlies — dates, age groups, match format and more.

2. Add Clubs & Teams

Set up clubs (e.g. LeagueHub FC) and their squads, then enter teams into competitions.

3. Generate & Schedule Fixtures

Auto-build round-robin, group and knockout fixtures with sensible dates — then resolve any clashes in the scheduler.

4. Collect Results

Teams enter scores via an email link; both submissions are cross-checked and conflicts flagged to you.

Master Scheduler

Never double-book a team across your league and cups

Conflict Detection

Sees every competition a squad plays in and flags when it's booked twice on the same day — across your whole account.

One-Tap Fixes

Suggests free dates and straight swaps, or un-dates a match so you can reschedule it later — and auto-resolves knock-on clashes.

Holidays & Availability

Block school-holiday ranges account-wide and record each team's external unavailability, so generated dates avoid them.

Smart Cup Scheduling

Plan a knockout that leaves room for league games

Round Dates & Spacing

Set a default date per round and space rounds one, two or more weeks apart — so league fixtures slot in between.

Must-Play-By Deadlines

Give each round a deadline; fixtures show a "play by" chip and flag overdue ties at a glance.

Fair Brackets & Byes

Eliminator rounds absorb the byes so no team is parachuted straight into a quarter or semi-final.

No-Login Match Links

The bit volunteers actually love: report a result without an account

Score Submission

Each team gets a private link to enter the result (and penalties, where the sport has them) — disagreements are flagged for the organiser.

Venue & Start Time

The home team confirms the venue and start time, requested automatically before the match.

Match Feedback

Optional match notes plus star ratings for pitch, referee and opposition behaviour.

Match Centre

A clean, mobile-first view of every fixture and table

Date Ribbon

Scroll a day-by-day ribbon of fixtures, or see the full season grouped by week.

Grouped Your Way

Fixtures and tables grouped by age group and gender, with tidy club-only names.

Live Tables & Standings

Results feed straight into the table, using your sport's points scheme and score columns.

FAQ

Quick answers

Is LeagueHub365 really free right now?

Yes. During early access, organisers who join run completely free for the 2026/27 season — every feature, no card. Paid plans start next season, and founding organisers get 50% off their first paid year.

Do team managers need an account to enter scores?

No. Each team gets a private email link to submit the score and (for the home team) confirm venue and kick-off — no sign-up needed.

Can it stop fixtures clashing across competitions?

Yes. The master scheduler sees every competition a team plays in and flags double-bookings, then suggests free dates or swaps to resolve them — including school-holiday and team-unavailability dates.

Can I space cup rounds out so league games still fit?

Yes. When you generate a cup, set a default date per round and choose how many weeks apart rounds should be, plus a "must play by" deadline for each round.

What happens if the two teams report different scores?

Both submissions are compared. If they disagree, the result is flagged as a conflict for the organiser to confirm, and every submission is kept in an audit trail.

Can the public see tables and results?

Yes, and you control it. Toggle public visibility for tables, fixtures and results per competition.
